In
the heart of McLaren Vale, South Australia's premium red wine lovers
find themselves experiencing yet another taste sensation, not that
of wine varieties, but of a unique range of confection gels that deliver
a soft-to-bite, clean, fresh and delightful palette experience.
Unlike animal-derived gelatine, used in most jellies and jubes, Medlow
gels are made using pectin, a natural, 'fat free', soluble, dietary
fibre extracted from fruit. Pectin has a positive and healthy influence
on the body's cardiovascular, immune and digestive systems.
Medlow Confectionery was established in McLaren Vale in 1995 and has
been recently expanded to include an interactive working confectionery
showcase at our new site, 203 Main Road, McLaren Vale, South Australia.
